Xaymaca Mai Tai

Ingredients:

  • 60mL Planteray Xaymaca Special Dry Rum
  • 15mL Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
  • 22.5mL Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 10mL Orgeat syrup
  • 7.5mL Sugar syrup

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a half lime shell and skewered pineapple cubes.

Highball

Combine 50mL of Xaymaca Special Dry with soda water over ice, garnished with a lime wedge for a simple, refreshing cocktail.
