On the nose, baked orchards fruits, chocolate toffee bar, vanilla taffy and black pepper. On the palate, dark chocolate pieces with sliced almonds, red cherry, baked apple and cinnamon candy. The finish is lovely with barrel spice winning out after a lovely crescendo of chocolate and fruit flavors. A balanced delight.
