Process & Profile

Agave: Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, known for producing sweeter, fruitier piñas due to the region’s elevation and mineral-rich soil.

Distillation: Twice distilled to preserve the agave’s natural flavors while refining the texture for long oak aging.

Aging: Aged for 5 full years in French white oak barrels. This extended aging imparts a deep amber color and layers of complex, dessert-like flavors.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich and expressive with a multitude of fruity aromas—ripe fig, dried cherry, and plum—interwoven with toasted oak and hints of vanilla and spice.

Palate: Luxuriously smooth with flavors of dark caramel, spiced honey, dried fruit, and warm oak. A gentle sweetness develops mid-palate with refined structure and depth.

Finish: Long and elegant. A crescendo of fruit, roasted oak, and toffee lingers with a silky sweetness and touch of spice.
