Hailing from the highlands of Arandas, the Vivanco family has been deeply involved with agave since the chaotic period of 1919-1929 in Mexico. Their estate now spans 2,000 acres, where they cultivate Tequilana Weber Agave. Master Distiller Sergio Cruz oversees the production of this award-winning additive-free reposado tequila, which garnered 93 points and a Gold Medal for its exceptional character at BTI 2013. With a meticulous process involving traditional roasting, indigenous fermentation, and aging in bourbon-soaked American White Oak, this reposado is bottled at 41.2% ABV, showcasing the rich balance of Arandas' terroir.

Color: very pale straw
Nose: vegetal chapparal, roasted sweet potato
Palate: salted vanilla cookie, allspice, mild chile heat
